1- First, you have to reinstall the Ea anti-cheat servers by going to the location where you have installed FIFA. After reaching the game location, you have to open the installer folder and then open the EA anti-cheat folder. There, you will find the installer file.
After that, double-click on this file, and a new window will open. Select Fifa 23 from the dropdown menu and click on install. After this, again select FIFA 23 and then again click on the Install button to install the servers.
Now you need to launch the game and check if the issue is resolved.
2- If you are still facing the issue, then you have to click on the link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/ea-… and it will take you to the official EA website. After reaching this site, you have to scroll down and you will find the download the EA installer link. Then click on this link as it will start downloading the anticheat installer.
Once the downloading is complete, you have to run the file as it will uninstall and then install the EA anti-cheat engine. Select Fifa 23 from the dropdown menu and click on Uninstall. You have to right-click on this service and then click on Stop. After that, do the same thing for the EA background services and stop it also. While doing this, make sure that your game is closed and also close everything running in the background.
4- If still your issue is not fixed, then you will need to click on the Windows button, search System Configuration, and open it up. Then go to the Services tab, and make sure that you have uncheck marked all the Microsoft programs by clicking on hiding all Microsoft services on the left bottom of your screen. After that, unselect as many options as you can then click on disable all, and tap on Apply.
After this, go to the start-up tab on the top of your screen and then click on Open Task Manager. Now you have to disable all the apps, right-click on the app, and then select disable. Hopefully, it will fix your issue.
5- If you are still facing the issue, then you have to make sure that no other account is signed into your computer. For this, you have to right-click on the taskbar, click on Task Manager, and then select Users from the top of your screen. You need to check if there is more than one account listed. If you find any, then you have to select the user and sign out. After that, launch the game and check if the issue is resolved.
