1- The first thing you will need to do is go to the home screen of your PlayStation and then click on the Settings button on the right side of your screen. After that, click on Network, then go to Network and click on settings. Then you need to go to Set Up Internet Connection.
2- Under here, you have to choose the internet connection to which you are connected. After selecting it, press options on it and then click on Advanced settings from the pop-up menu.
Now you have to go to the DNS settings and set it to manual. You need to set the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and set the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4. After that, set the MTU settings to manual and set MTU to 1472.
3- After this, you have to go back and then click on Test Internet Connection. Click on Start Test and if there occurs a problem connecting to your interment, then you have to reset your modem and leave it unplugged for at least one minute.
