1- First, you have to boot up your game and then click on the Options button to open the menu. From this menu, you need to click on options again and then click on the Video tab from the top of your screen. After that, click on the Video tab from the left side of your screen and look for v-sync on the right side. You have to make sure that this is turned OFF. After this, go up to the Frame rate, it is set to custom by default, you have to set your desired frame rate. After this, click on Apply.
2- You have to do the same setting to your graphics card also. For this, you need to click on the Windows button and type NVidia control panel or you can open any other graphic card control panel which you are using. Then you have to click on the manage 3D setting from the left side of your screen. Now you have to scroll down until you find V-sync you have to turn this OFF.
