Green Banners are tall decorative blocks and can also be customized by using different dyes.
To make a Green Banner, you will need Sheep Wool, Wood Block, Cactus, Cactus Green Dye, Wood Planks, Wood Sticks and Green Wool. Please follow the following steps to make a Green Banner.
Sheep Wool
In order to make a green banner, the basic item that you need is wool. You will have to find sheep and get at least six pieces of wool out of them. Don’t kill them, just use shears to get the wool.
Wood Block
Then you will need a block of wood, because wood is also one of the basic items to make banners. So chop down any tree using your iron axe and pick up a wood log.
Cactus
The next item that you will have to get is cactus block. Find at least six cactus blocks near the ocean bank in the desert biome. After picking it up, you will need to use it in the furnace with coal in order to get the green dye.
Cactus Green Dye
Make your way to the furnace and add six cactus blocks in the upper box and coal in the lower box, you will get six cactus green dyes in the right side box of the furnace. Bring these dyes in your inventory.
Wood Planks
Move to the crafting table just next to the furnace and open up 3*3 crafting grid. Add wood blocks in the crafting grid to craft wooden planks. One wood block will convert into 4 wood planks. Add these wood planks in inventory.
Wood Sticks
Now you need to craft sticks from wood planks. Add two wood planks in 3*3 crafting grid as shown in the image below. You will get wood sticks in the right-side box of the crafting table. 2 wood planks will give you 4 sticks. Add them in your inventory to use later.
Green Wool
After that you need to craft Green wool by adding 6 wool and 6 cactus green dyes in in adjacent cells of any row of 3*3 crafting grid, as shown in the image below. You will get six Green wool in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add these into your inventory to use later.
Green Banner
Now finally you can craft a Green banner as you have all the required items in your inventory. Add six Green wools and a stick on the crafting in the same way as shown in the image below, where the first two rows should consist of six wool and the third row should have only one stick in the middle.
You will get Green Banner in the right-side box of the crafting table. Add this Green Banner in your “ready to use” stock.
