This guide will let you know how to send a message to players in GTA 5 Online.
The first thing you will need to do is hold up on your d-pad and then go to your contact list from your game phone.
After that, you have to select the person’s contact, then press the X button from your controller and go to send a message. You can easily send messages to anyone, as shown in the image below.
