The first thing you will need to do is open your home screen and then go to settings on the top right of your screen. Then you have to go to accessibilities and navigate to screen reader. You need to make sure that the enabled screen reader is uncheck-marked. By this, the voice will stop interacting with you as this reads the text on the screen as provides you the spoken guidance to operate the console.
