This guide will show you how to unlock the Service Carbine Rifle in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online. You have to follow the step-by-step instructions below to unlock it.
The first thing you will need to do is collect five components that randomly spawn at ten possible crime scene locations. You will get the five components out of the ten locations, as shown in the map below.  Â
You have to go to one of these locations on the map and you will watch a crime scene. Once you get to the crime scene, you need to go ahead and pick up the component. After that, press right on the d-pad to steal the evidence.
Now you have to wait for another 20 or 30 minutes. It doesn’t have to be the same session, they can be in the same location too. You have to go away from here and
then come back in 30 minutes. You will find another crime scene, and you can collect the component there. After that, press right on the d-pad again to steal the evidence and that is two out of five components.
You will get 5k for collecting each component. Now you have to change outfits and then set the spawn location to the last location. After that, go to Creator and then join your friend. You will be back in the same session and you need to find the blue circle. Then press the right d-pad and pick up component number three.
You have to wait for six and a half hours to get component number four. Then come back to this location and it will spawn again multiple times at the same location.
Here is the final component that you finally managed to spawn in. You have to press right on the d-pad to pick it up. Now you have got the Service Carbine Rifle unlocked.
