It is recommended to have a sea moth with an Mk1 depth module and perimeter defense, a sea glide, a high capacity O2 tank, and you will also need a scanner.
The main threat you will encounter is the Ampeel; you should avoid them. And the bone shark, you can use perimeter defense against them or kill them using the knife.
Starting from the coral tube, you will need to head southwest or 2 bumps to the left of southwest until you reach the floating island.
It is recommended to have a sea glide or sea moth to reach the island faster, a scanner, and a survival knife.
The only real threat you will encounter on the island is the cave crawler which doesn’t do much damage, and you can easily run from it using the survival knife.
