First, you have to open the home screen of your game and then you have to click on the add friend icon on the top right side of your screen.
After that, enter the ID of the friend you want to add on the left side of the Add Friend page. Then click on the Confirm button. On the request page, you can see if someone sends you a friend request and you can accept or reject it in case you accept the request, then he/she will be added to your friend list.
