Buy Tree Foundation
You need to have enough space to build a treehouse. So the first thing you will need to do is go into the build mode, input “treehouse” and select the “Treehouse in Off Grid Outdoor Activities” option.
You will need 1,200 Simoleons to buy the tree foundation and then place it anywhere you want.
Build Treehouse
Now it’s time to start building, so go back to live mode. Start with an adult sim as children can’t build the treehouse alone. Click the treehouse and choose the “Build Treehouse” option.
If you have several sims working on the treehouse, you can build it very quickly. The handiness skill of adult sims will increase while building the treehouse and child sims will gain mental skills.
The sims will start the celebration when the treehouse is ready, and then you can use it.
