Atlantis Vulcan can drop from two places; in both places, you’ll be killing specific enemies as they will have a chance to drop Atlantis Vulcan.
The first place will be Ludi on Ceres, as on Ceres, guardsmen will spawn, which is the enemy you will be looking for as he has a chance to drop the mod when killed. It is a hijack mission, which means there will be a good number of enemies spawning in. For this, you can pick just about any mission on Earth as the silver grove will spawn in just about any of the missions. You have to explore the level to find it, which isn’t that hard.
Also, when you start to get near the silver grove, the lotus will give you a little audio cue telling you that the silver grove is nearby. So you have to make sure you’re paying attention to that if she starts talking.
