The first thing you have to do is to place two smooth stone slabs on the ground and place 8 andesite wall pieces at the top.
Place a smooth stone slab at the top and two more slabs as shown in the image below. Then you will need to place a sea lantern at the bottom of the last slab. This will complete your design of street light.
