This guide will let you know how to Recruit Companions in Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord PS & Xbox.
First, you have to boot up your game, then find any major town and make your way to the town keeper. Speak to him about finding someone and then you can pick up anyone here as they all count as a companion.
After speaking to the town keeper, he will give you a location, and then you can use your in-game encyclopedia to find the location. Usually, it is quite close to you. Once you reach the location, you have to go to the tavern district and then click on “Visit the tavern” on the top left side of your screen.
After entering the tavern, you have to hold the L1 button or the LB button and you will find where your guy is.
