PC:

Testing Cheats

One thing to note is that most of the cheats only work if used with “testingcheats on”. Just type “testingcheats on” in the game console to enable them. You can also type “testingcheats true” and “testingcheats yes” for the same effect. In addition to enabling your cheats, testingcheats also allow you to shift click on your sims to access features like the ability to move your sims between families, fill up their happy bars and teleport them wherever you like.
