Falchion is a weapon that is also equipped by Chrom and Marth. This is consistent with the fact that Chrom (and by extension, Lucina) are descended from Marth. The Falchion has the ability to heal 10HP at the start of every third turn and is effective against Dragons.

Both New Moon and Luna skills weaken an enemy by DEF/RES 30% and 50% on the latter during her attacks. On her Aether skill, aside from the DEF/RES 50% to her foe, she can also recover half of the damage dealt by the enemy.

This skill can grant her SPD (+3/+5/+7) at the start of her turn if her HP is ≤ 50%.

Lucina | Final Evaluation:
Lucina is now an S-Rank Red Orb Unit in the game. Her New Moon, Luna, and Aether is something you want to look forward to. These three skills can make an enemy weaker as if their DEF/RES is -30% or -50%. Adding her good ATK stats, ability to weaken foe, her Falchion weapon that can recover her HP, it is no wonder Lucina is one of the top troops in the tier list.
Be sure to save your SPs as her Aether move costs 500 SP.
