1. To increase your fitness level or lose some weight, you need to go jogging in the Sims 4. Jogging is the basic way to remain fit without using cheats. Click on your sim and select More Choices.
2. Under more choices, you will find “Go Jogging” option.
3. Once you click on it, the sim will change its getup and start jogging.
