In the Far Cry 6 game, you will get a quest that gives you a task to catch three fish. To get your fishing rod, you have to go to the radial dial and select the fishing rod, as shown in the image below.
When you have the fishing rod, you have to look for a fish in the water, and you can see the fish by the ripples in the water, as shown in the image below.
Cast your line with a left click to throw it in the water and attract the fish to your line by pulling it. When you pull the line, you will see the fish swim directly forward, and when the fist gets near the line, you have to hook it by pressing the left click from the mouse.Â
When the fish pedal with your mouse movements, you have to move your mouse left or right back to control where the fish will not get too far.
Now you will see that the fish will fight you and try to go in the other direction, but after some time, you will start reeling it and then pull the fish towards you. You can catch it very easily when the fish comes closer, as shown in the image below. Â
Now you have to make sure that you keep it in line and don’t snap your fishing line.
