How To Make A Grindstone

A Grindstone is a craft able block and it is used to repair tools, items or remove enchantments from them.

To make Grindstone, you will need Wood Log, Cobblestones, Stone using Furnace, Wood Planks, Wood Sticks and Stone Slab. Please follow the following steps to make a Grindstone.

Wood Log

In order to make a Grindstone, the basic item you need to get is any kind of wood log. Go towards the forest and get a log of wood using your iron axe.

Cobblestones

The next required item that you will need to get is cobblestone. You need to get at least three Cobble stones. Use your iron pickaxe to get these stones.

Stone using Furnace

Now you need to use the furnace to make stone from cobblestones. Go towards the furnace and add three cobblestones in the upper box and coal in the lower box to get required stones in the right-side box of the furnace. Add these stones in your “ready to use” stock. Stone can be used as a crafting ingredient and to make smooth stone.

Wood Planks

After that make wood planks from Oak wood block you have collected. One wood block will convert into 4 wooden planks. Move to the crafting table and add wood block in any cell of the 3*3 crafting grid to get wood planks in the right-side box of the crafting table. Bring these wooden planks in your inventory.

Wood Sticks

Now you need to craft sticks from wood planks using the crafting table. Add two wooden planks in adjacent cells of any column, as shown in the image below. Two wood planks will give you four sticks. Add them in your inventory to use later.

Stone Slab

After that, add three stone blocks in any row of your choice and you will get six stone slabs in the right-side box to the crafting table. Add these stone slabs in your “ready to use” stock.

Grindstone

Now you can make the grindstone using the crafting table. Open up 3*3 crafting grid once more to add two wood sticks, a stone slab and two wood planks in the same way as shown in the following image. You will get a grindstone in the right side box to the crafting table. Add this item in your “ready to use” stock.
