In the Icthlarin’s Little Helper quest, you have to become Icthlarin’s Little Helper. Enter into a titanic struggle for the soul of the high priest of Icthlarin.
Rewards for Completing the Quest:

- 2 Quest points.
- 4,500 thieving XP.
- Catspeak amulet.
- Access to the city of Sophanem.
Quest:
Start running along the river and cross the bridge to go on to the other side. Find Wanderer near the camp, Wanderer will ask you to take your cat away and she will tell you a secret path. Pick up the cat and give her the water skin and tinder box, then she will tell you about the secret path.
Then she will ask you to look into her eyes and you will be hypnotised. You will find yourself in Sophanem city.
Enter the pyramid and jump over the pit. Then you need to open the gate by operating a door panel. Solve the puzzle to open up the gate.
After completing the puzzle, you will find yourself outside of the pyramid. Start a conversation with Sphinx just near the entrance of the pyramid. He will ask you a puzzle-like question. Answer him correctly to get a token.
Then enter the temple next to the pyramid and you will find the High Priest there. Show the token to chat with him and ask him about the burial jar. He will reply to you to put them in the burial chamber.
Go into the pyramid again and enter the door that you opened by solving the puzzle on the panel. As you try to pick the jar up, an enemy will appear in the room. Kill him and then pick the jar.
You will think that you shouldn’t steal the bar, now go back and place the jar on its position. Then exit the pyramid and return back to the High Priest. He will tell you some plagues are not lifted because some of the ceremonies have not been completed. And he will ask you to arrange the ceremony.
Go to the carpenter and ask him to make the new holy symbol for the ceremony. Bring him the willow wood pieces so that he can craft the symbol for you.
Move to the north side to have a talk with Raetul and purchase Linen from him.
Enter the building on the front side of the temple, Embalmer will tell that he needs linen, salt and the sap. Bring him the required items and Embalmer will reply that now he will get the ceremony underway.
Return back to the carpenter and collect the holy symbol. Then enter the pyramid, cross the pit and enter into the room in the east. Use the unholy symbol with Sarcophagus on the wall.
Jump over the pit and enter the burial chamber. Kill the possessed priest and then the High priest will ask you to go back to the temple.
Exit the pyramid and go back to the High priest in the temple. This will end your quest.
